Reefer Truck Driver Job Details

Dry Van Driver Job Details

• Strong pay that grows with you. Earn 58-67CPM* based on experience.
• Start with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This limited-time bonus is available to eligible drivers.*
• Reliable miles with scheduled home time. Average 2,500-2,800+ miles per week on consistent OTR lanes, typically running one to two weeks out with structured time off you can plan around.
• No-touch freight, no NYC pressure. Haul 100% no-touch dry van freight with no forced NYC dispatch.
• Extra pay for your time. Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage.*
• Regional options available. Some locations offer regional lanes. Speak with a recruiter to learn more.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from 55-66CPM. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record
