About the Role


As an Employment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping great people find great jobs while supporting local businesses in securing top talent. You'll use your strong communication, recruiting, and sales skills to attract candidates, develop client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Your ability to multitask will support the team in reaching weekly goals while coordinating interviews, making outbound calls, and maintaining strong connections with both job seekers and employers.

What You'll Do

• Recruit & Build Talent Pipelines: Actively source, recruit, and retain qualified associates to meet both immediate and long-term client needs.
• Develop Business Relationships: Make outbound sales calls to local businesses, identify hiring needs, generate leads, and help grow existing and new client partnerships.
• Create an Exceptional First Impression: Manage inbound calls, inquiries, online applications, and client communications with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support Daily Operations: Enter applicant data, manage confidential documents, maintain accurate records, and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate Hiring Activities: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish.
• Stay Informed: Conduct all work in accordance with Express standards and applicable employment laws while staying knowledgeable about the local job market and business community.
