Location: Chicago, New York, LondonDepartment: Human ResourcesExperience Level: Experience ProfessionalsContact: Maddelyn MohrJob ID: REQ8318ResponsibilitiesIn the role of People Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:Serve as a technical day-to-day expert for Workday HCMProvide a consistent global Workday service that delivers a positive experience for our employees and managers across all offices and is configured in line with best practicesDesign and plan enhancements and new functionality by preparing detailed design documents and getting stakeholder agreementIdentify and understand Workday issues and opportunities; help troubleshoot and resolve problems, including building ad hoc solutionsPerform end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of business processes, integrations, reporting, and new functionality enablementWork with internal and external partners on basic testing, security, and reporting requirements to Workday connected downstream systemsPerform system maintenance and support semi-annual Workday releasesDevelop and maintain reports/custom dashboards to support various business requirementsAssist with the development of training materials and system demonstrationsQualifications5+ years of hand-on Workday HCM experience required; Talent, Learning, Absence, and Report Writing experience preferredGlobal Workday HCM experienceEager to solve business challenges and has strong interest in in optimizing end-to-end processes through system configuration and implementationPossess a high level of integrity and exercises careful judgement.
