NOTE: Leave of absence coverage with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Utica, Illinois
Duration: 08/24/2026 – 09/18/2026
Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: $56/hour (W2 only)

Overview:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients improve function and mobility.

• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Document all patient encounters accurately using EPIC electronic medical records.

• Full-time schedule with 40 guaranteed hours per week .

Essential Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois.

• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.

• EPIC experience is required.

• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
