Facilities support specialist

From managing critical vendor agreements to driving major corporate initiatives, you'll work closely with leadership to keep our restaurant operations running flawlessly. salary: $23 - $24.5 per hour

Responsibilities

- Facilities Service Agreements: Support Restaurant Operators and Facility Managers by Executing Facilities Service Agreements, ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal standards.

- Oracle Project Entry: Support project setup and data entry within Oracle Projects, maintaining accuracy and consistency across Brands.

- Corporate Initiatives: Collaborate with Facilities leadership execute contracts for corporate initiatives, providing administrative support.

- DO Packages: Work with Facility Directors to prepare and maintain orientation materials for Directors of Operations.

- ADA Projects: Support ADA-related facility projects by coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and assisting with vendor or contractor communications.

- Special Projects: Provide assistance on various department and companywide projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
