Global CRM & AI-Driven Engagement Tech Leader
Ciena Corporation
Ciena is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Engagement IT Partner to lead technology platforms powering Sales, Service, Marketing, and Digital Commerce. This role partners with the VP of Global Customer Engagement to set vision, roadmap, and deliver scalable, AI-enabled capabilities.
The leader will manage agile PODs, drive platform health, security, and scalability, and collaborate across architecture, data, and AI teams to embed analytics in workflows.
