Role Description The Life Cycle Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for designing and executing end-to-end marketing programs that guide customers through awareness, onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing lifecycle strategies, building and optimizing email and in-app campaigns, creating segmentation and personalization plans, and monitoring performance across key customer touchpoints. The Life Cycle Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging, refine journeys, and ensure a consistent experience across channels. This role also involves analyzing customer data, running experiments, and using insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in lifecycle and retention marketing, including customer journey mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel campaign management.
• Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and experimentation, such as performance tracking, A/B testing, and interpreting customer behavior to inform strategy.
• Candidates should possess skills in marketing automation and CRM tools, including experience building workflows, triggers, and personalized messaging.
• Candidates should possess skills in content and messaging development, including writing clear marketing copy and tailoring communications for different customer segments.
• Candidates should possess strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
