The Role

As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the top and middle of the funnel for WanderOS end to end. You'll set the growth strategy, run paid, organic, partner, and referral channels, and build the landing pages and conversion flows that turn traffic into qualified sign-ups and demo requests. This role is highly cross-functional and refreshingly measurable: you'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Lifecycle Marketing, and your impact will show up in the numbers that matter most: qualified pipeline, CAC, conversion rate, and new customer growth.

What You'll Do

• Own growth marketing strategy and execution for WanderOS across paid acquisition (search, social, and display), SEO and organic, partnerships, and referral programs.
• Build, launch, and continuously optimize landing pages, sign-up flows, and conversion funnels, running rigorous experiments that lower CAC and lift conversion at every step.
• Manage and scale performance marketing budgets with a sharp eye on efficiency, attribution, and payback.
• Develop messaging, offers, and creative that resonate with property managers and vacation rental operators.
• Partner with Product and Sales to sharpen positioning, launch new features, and keep the pipeline full of the right customers.
• Build and maintain dashboards for the KPIs that matter: traffic, conversion rate, CAC, qualified pipeline, and new customer growth.
• Own and evolve the growth tech stack, including ad platforms, analytics, attribution, landing page tooling, and integrations with the CRM.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning acquisition end to end.
• Hands‑on chops with paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar), SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical instincts: you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL a plus) to size opportunities, run experiments, and prove impact.
• A track record of measurably moving acquisition and conversion metrics while keeping CAC in check.
• Excellent, persuasive writing: you craft messaging that sounds human, not robotic.
• A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑craft team.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in proptech, hospitality, travel, or vacation rentals.
• Experience marketing to SMB or mid‑market operators rather than consumers.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or similar operator‑facing software.

Compensation

Market rate for a Series B startup and the Senior Growth Marketing Manager title. Remote (United States).
