Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: ICU skills – arrhythmia monitory, sedation, paralytics, titratable drips knowledge, CVP monitoring, caring for s/p craniotomy pt, TPA administration

Required Credentials: ASN / BSN

Unit/Facility Details: Free Parking

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend

• On Call, Call Back Requirements: If census is low, you may be asked to be on call, but this is rare.

• Holiday Requirements: 70% of holidays

Floating Requirements: All med surg and Critical Care Areas (including ED boarders). xxajxew If ICU or ER, we do use those as well.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)

• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)

• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
