About Primecare Home Care Primecare Home Care, part of Flournoy Health Systems (FHS), provides compassionate, high‑quality care to clients in their homes, offering skilled nursing, personal care, companionship, and structured family caregiving. Position Summary We are looking for a Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home‑care services. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to pediatric patients outside regular hours, supporting families, and collaborating with the clinical team.
