As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their strength and mobility. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate recovery. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is key, as is educating patients and their families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed, while maintaining accurate documentation and staying current with industry best practices.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
• Need 1 year experience in setting
