The Service Receptionist answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner. The Service Receptionist also takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager.Responsibilities:Meets and greets all callers; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/locationResponds to customers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.Composes and types routine correspondence as required.Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Requirements:1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPre-employment screenings including background and drug testProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
