Comprehensive Clinical Care: Perform high-quality prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance with a focus on patient comfort.

Diagnostic Support: Capture clear digital X-rays and maintain meticulous periodontal charting.

Patient Advocacy: Act as an educator, helping patients navigate their oral health journey and understand the "why" behind recommended treatments.

Collaborative Practice: Work in tandem with our doctor and support staff to ensure a seamless flow of care and a productive office day.

Condition Identification: Expertly identify periodontal conditions and communicate findings clearly to both the doctor and the patient.

Requirements

Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must hold an active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Personality: We are looking for a "bubbly" and warm individual who can build rapport instantly.

Communication: Strong ability to discuss treatment plans confidently and empathetically.

Experience Level: While experienced RDHs are valued, we are enthusiastic about new grads who are coachable, motivated, and have a positive attitude.

Working Hours

Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Total: 3 days per week.
