The food prep worker will prepare menu items while supporting rotating kitchen stations. Position is from: Tuesday to Sunday, from 3:00PM to 9:00PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and support rotating kitchen stations for efficient service.
- Follow recipes, cooking procedures, and portion-control guidelines.
- Maintain safe food-handling practices throughout preparation and service.
- Keep workstations, tools, and kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of food prep experience.
- Knowledge of food-safety practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate portion control.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
