Job Description
13-week Occupational Therapist (OT) assignment in Missouri, working 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. Shift start and end times are flexible as long as they remain consistent and are coordinated with the Director of Rehabilitation. No weekends or on-call are required. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with cognitive and functional impairments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize patient independence and quality of life.

Requirements:

Active Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license

Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience

Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience required

Current BLS certification preferred

Experience with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and cognitive rehabilitation

Knowledge of adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and evidence-based treatment practices

Ability to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), rehabilitation aides, and students

Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
