We are currently searching for a Doctor of Audiology/Audiologist to join our team! This position is located within a practice that has many years of experience in the industry, and has developed a strong database and loyal following of satisfied patients based on outstanding customer service and exemplary patient care. This position includes both clinical audiology and hearing aid dispensing; serving a diverse patient population ranging from infants to adults. * All equipment, computers, supplies, and devices necessary to perform tasks _Responsibilities_* Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, gathering pertinent medical history, and performing a thorough examination (done on both adult and pediatric patients).
* Make recommendations to clients based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
* Maintain and repair devices from a variety of manufacturers.
* Establish rapport and create professional relationships with patients to create repeat and referral business.
* Fit clients with devices that best suit their needs and verify the fit via Real Ear measures.
* Track and enter sales
* Maintain a clean and professional work environment
* Be committed to excellent follow-up care to patients and their devices.
* Fit clients with devices that best suit their needs. _Qualifications_ The ideal candidate must possess: * Excellent customer service and communication (spoken and written) skills
* Ability to adapt, problem solve, and overcome objections
* Commitment to continued education
* Ability to drive the business to meet and exceed sales expectations
* Understanding and commitment to providing outstanding patient care and superior customer service, as well as always maintaining integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and staff members
* Must be comfortable with the sales process and being accountable for sales goals
* Ability to work independently
* Experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing required _Licensure_* Must have Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology degree as required by the state of Wisconsin
* Eligible for or Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of Wisconsin is required
