Customer Experience Lead — Delivery & VOC Advocate
Shoppa's Forklifts & Material Handling
Shoppa’s Material Handling is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the main advocate for customers before and after sales. You will coordinate ship-outs, handle demos and SPRs, and serve as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and timely invoice resolution. You will work with Sales and Operations to address issues, monitor delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting CSP and VOC programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shoppa's Material Handling
