Marketing Assistant

Join us as a Marketing Assistant and help strengthen relationships that matter. In this role, you'll support outreach initiatives that bring our credit union brand closer to the community, contribute to engaging social media and digital content, and assist in implementing marketing strategies that foster trust and growth.

A Day in the Life as a Marketing Assistant:

Your day will include assisting with conducting competitor research, supporting community engagement programs, and creating digital content that strengthens our brand presence. You'll assist with event planning, manage marketing resources, and ensure smooth coordination of outreach and business development efforts. This role offers a balanced blend of strategic support and creative execution in a collaborative environment.

What we are looking for:

A high school education or equivalent.

One year to three years of similar or related experience preferred. Related experience can include customer service, retail, sales, marketing, advertising, public relations.

Financial institution background preferred.

Driving ability with valid driver license and motor vehicle driving record required.

Schedule:

Non-Exempt Position

Monday-Friday: 8 AM- 5 PM, including 1 hour unpaid meal break.

This role requires occasional evening availability along with periodic weekend availability to represent the Credit Union at community events and other promotional opportunities. Flexible scheduling is offered, and any hours worked beyond the standard schedule are eligible for overtime.

Salary Range:

$21.60-$24.01 per hour
