Night Auditor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions, providing excellent customer service to guests during overnight hours, and supporting front desk operations. This role is essential to ensure smooth hotel operations during the night shift. Key Responsibilities Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments. Prepare and distribute daily audit reports to management. Perform front desk duties such as check-in/check-out, answering guest inquiries, and resolving issues. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies. Monitor hotel security and safety during overnight hours. Assist with reservations and cancellations as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in hotel front desk or auditing preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Work Schedule This is a night shift position, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as required.
