Join our senior living community as a Dining RoomManager . You’ll lead a front-of-house team, build meaningful relationshipswith residents, and create a warm, welcoming dining experience—all without theroutine late-night hours common in restaurants.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the dining-room floor during meal periods
• Build relationships with residents and learn their preferences
• Train, coach, and support front-of-house associates
• Conduct pre-meal huddles and communicate daily priorities
• Create schedules and manage labor responsibly
• Address concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solution-focused approach
• Partner with Culinary and other community departments
• Maintain high standards for service, sanitation, and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized,dependable, hands-on, calm under pressure, and passionate about developing agreat team.

Restaurant, hotel, country club, senior living, or otherhospitality leadership experience is preferred.

A More BalancedHospitality Schedule

This position generally works five days per week,including four weekdays and one weekend day , with leadership presenceduring lunch and dinner.

Evening responsibilities are part of the role, but youwon’t experience the routine late-night closing shifts found in manytraditional restaurants.
