Job Description Receives, stores, and distributes inventory parts and material within the warehouse and manufacturing/repair facilities by performing the following duties. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand or using mechanical devises to specific locations located in the warehouse and facility areas. Participate in routine cycle counting of all inventory stored at facility. Always assist all warehouse employees in keeping warehouse areas in a clean and orderly manner. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of experience in materials handling.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry our detailed written or oral instructions.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Should have good working knowledge of computers.

Ensures the safe, efficient buildup/breakdown of packing material to include pallets Stores or stages product Demonstrates the ability to store product in correct location i.e. items that are to be protected from the element Completes required paperwork in a timely manner Reviews and pulls the right product for each order Works closely with the inventory team on product counts Load and unload delivery truck and validate product matches packing lists Demonstrates the skill for safe handling and storage of product Skill in stacking and storing product (must consider height, weight and special handling requirements) Maintains required vehicle operators permit as required
