Critical Care Intensivist Opportunity

ICC Healthcare is seeking a critical care intensivist to join the growing team at HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Qualified candidates: • Board certified/board eligible Critical Care (all Critical Care Specialties will be considered) • Ability to obtain TX Licensure • 15 (12-hour) shifts per month, mix of days and nights (5-6 nights per month) • Staffing model: 2 Physicians during the day, 1 Physician and 1 APP at night • At least 2 years intensivist experience preferred • Strong interest and exposure to MCS, CVICU, Cardiac ICU • 34 ICU Beds- CLOSED ICU- Primarily Cardiac/CVICU and some Medical ICU • Clinical bedside teaching opportunities to support PCCM and Surgical Trauma Critical Care Fellowships • Available ASAP- open to considering new Fellows with strong Cardiac Exposure/Experience Incentive/Benefits Package: • Competitive compensation with an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, stock options, 401k with company match, disability, CME allowance and days, and more • Growing program with stable team and leadership • Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections • Appropriate staffing models and flexible scheduling • 100% covered occurrence-based malpractice insurance • Located at Medical Center of Houston • W2 Employed Position, competitive hourly rate • Strong relationships and integration with Cardiac Team for co-management of patients About ICC Healthcare: • ICC Healthcare employees over 675 providers in 60 programs with 6-8 new programs opening each year. • We are part of the HCA Healthcare system of care.
