Warehouse Production Worker

Production Associate opportunities are available:

1st Shift- 6:00am to 2:00 pm $15.50 an hour

2nd Shift 2 pm to 10:00 pm $16.50 an hour

3rd Shift 10:00 pm to 6 am $17 an hour

The Production Team Member will follow the direction given by the line lead and shift supervisor. This position will rotate down the line throughout their shift.

Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities:

• Packing and unpacking product
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
• Stacking and building pallets
• Labeling and code dating product
• Sanitation duties as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Production Team Member Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma/GED
• Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience
• Perform basic mental math
• Communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
• Balance productivity, quality, and safety
• Work in fast-paced environment
• Work with others and as part of a team
• Work in a cold/wet environment
• Lift 10-35 pounds repetitively and up to 45 pounds occasionally
• Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.

Production Team Member Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• This role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.
• This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.
