Automotive Master Mechanic
Location: Bluffton, OH
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate Opening

About the Opportunity
Our client is a small, family-owned and operated automotive dealership in Bluffton, OH, seeking an experienced Automotive Master Mechanic to join their team. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various vehicle systems.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake systems.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems to identify issues quickly and accurately.
• Complete repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every repair.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Mentor and assist less experienced technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Master Automotive Technician is required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform complex repairs independently.
• ASE Certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to use computerized diagnostic tools and repair software.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
