Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to support global trade and compliance processes within a complex SAP environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), including SAP GTS v11.0, Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening, product classification, export controls, customs processing, and GTS integrations.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 4 years of SAP GTS experience, and will have participated in a minimum of two full lifecycle SAP GTS implementations.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP GTS solutions supporting global trade and compliance processes.
• Work across SAP GTS v11.0 processes and support environments utilizing or transitioning to SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA.
• Configure and support Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening, including Classic SPL Screening and HANA SPL Screening.
• Support product classification using Number Sets and related global trade classification processes.
• Configure and support Export Legal Control processes to meet international trade and compliance requirements.
• Support Customs Import Processing and associated customs and regulatory workflows.
• Configure and support Free Trade Zone Processing within SAP GTS.
• Work with GTS-TMS integrations, troubleshooting integration issues and supporting end-to-end business processes.
• Support EU Intrastat processes and associated reporting requirements.
• Partner with SAP functional, technical, and business teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable SAP GTS solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Participate throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support system testing, integration testing, and business validation of SAP GTS functionality.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, process documentation, and other supporting materials.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall SAP experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP GTS experience. (10 years overall exp required)
• Experience completing at least two full lifecycle SAP GTS implementations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP GTS v11.0 processes.
• Knowledge of SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA.
• Strong experience with Classic SPL Screening and HANA SPL Screening.
• Hands-on experience with GTS-TMS integration.
• Strong knowledge of EU Intrastat processes.
• Experience with Product Classification using Number Sets.
• In-depth knowledge of Export Legal Control.
• Experience with Customs Import Processing.
• Experience with Free Trade Zone Processing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work across functional and technical teams.

Nice to Have
• Knowledge of SAP HANA data structures and analytics.
• Broader SAP functional experience, particularly SAP SD, which the HM identified as one of the top skills for the position.
