Food Production Associate Location: Lacey, WA. Hiring immediately. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $17.13/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Schedule TBD Located in Lacey, Washington Duties and Responsibilities Assemble ready‑to‑eat products precisely according to specifications and ensure correct ingredient placement. Monitor ingredient levels on the line and promptly notify line support of any shortages. Assist with cleanup and sanitation tasks during production line changeovers. Prepare equipment, ingredients, and the workspace for the following day's production run. Requirements and Qualifications Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to meeting production deadlines. Ability to work effectively within a team environment, managing difficult tasks or interpersonal dynamics calmly and professionally. Must be comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated production environment with controlled temperatures strictly maintained between 32°F and 36°F. Ability to stand for the duration of an 8‑hour shift (plus any required overtime). Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Willing and able to work a varied schedule, including early morning shifts, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to complete production runs.
