What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations for both FOH & BOH
• Drive results across P&L, labor, and food cost
• Hire, train, and motivate a team (many of whom are students)
• Represent the brand on the campus and community

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast-casual or full-service)
• Strong operational & financial management skills
• Hands-on leadership style — ready to roll up your sleeves
