Brand Ambassador

Summary Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, driving sales and meeting individual KPIs. This entry-level retail role supports visual standards, fitting room assistance, store operations, and educates customers about brand programs and offerings. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to customers. Understand and meet sales objectives and individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.). Connect customers to loyalty and brand programs such as Polo Connect. Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house. Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties. Maintain visual merchandising standards and communicate product feedback to management. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs. Capacity to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
