We are seeking a part-time Breakfast and Lunch Cook to join our family restaurant. This role offers an opportunity to work in a small kitchen team of 2-3 people, focusing on preparing breakfast and lunch dishes with an emphasis on food safety and kitchen cleanliness. There is potential for growth into a full-time position for motivated candidates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook breakfast and lunch menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively to meet meal service schedules
- Collaborate with small kitchen team to deliver quality meals
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of cooking experience
- Strong food preparation skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
- Effective time management
- Ability to work well within a team
- Basic knife skills
