The hardware that we produce is very complex, and therefore we will be looking for someone who understands the critical nature of it. This position is located onsite at our aerospace manufacturing facility in East Aurora, NY.To be considered for Quality Assurance Engineer role, here are the skills you’ll typically need bring with you:Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Electrical Engineering Degree a plus3 years Professional Experience as an Engineer (Quality, Manufacturing or Product Engineer) in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work onsite in East Aurora, NY (remote candidates will not be considered).It’d be great if you also had…Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.Quality Engineering experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment or other regulated industry.General knowledge in the areas of Root Cause / Corrective Action, LEAN, AS9100 Quality Systems.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Strong written and verbal skills.Exposure to ERP systems.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will:Most importantly, you’ll be relied heavily upon to have integrity, and as someone who won’t be afraid to stand up and say “STOP – we have a problem we that need to address right away.” You may have found that this type of environment hasn’t been encouraged where you’ve worked in the past, but it is here.
