Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Houston

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Houston, Austin, and San Antonio area to support product launches and drive demand generation across healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy providers. The role requires five or more years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience and a commitment to patient-focused commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular territory travel and develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
- Collaborate with local Territory Business Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate customer engagement
- Communicate and engage with assigned healthcare professionals and affiliated staff
- Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned geography
- Submit timely account plans, activity reports, and CRM documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience; neurology preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners
- Product launch experience
- Understanding of market access dynamics, specialty pharmacy, and buy & bill accounts
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base annual salary USD
