Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

07:00 PM - 07:30 AM

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a commitment to quality care. This position requires oversight of patient assessments, administration of medications, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of a Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check.
• Trinity Education Verification.
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation required.
• Pass a Trinity Skills Checklist and other evaluations as necessary.
