Horton, Inc. seeks an Associate Region Counsel to provide support, advice and leadership on the region’s legal matters, with emphasis on land acquisition, development, and disposition, under the direction of the Region Counsel. The role involves reviewing and revising homebuyer contracts, subcontractor and commercial lease documents, handling RESPA/FHA/VA issues, and coordinating with outside counsel.
