About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Large Loss Project Manager to join our team at Restoration 1 of Beaumont. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee large loss restoration projects from start to finish
• Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage project budgets and expenses
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Large Loss project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in project management or restoration are a plus

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
