APPLICATION DEADLINE: Posted until filled JOB SUMMARY: An Assistant Archery Coach is responsible for supervising club participants, providing a safe and fun learning environment, and serving as a positive role model.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, plan, and lead archery activities. Teach basic archery skills to club members. Assist the Archery Coach with ensuring the safety of participants. Assist with enforcing all rules and procedures. Set up and take down all equipment before and after club activities. Maintain a fun and competitive environment. Maintain and safeguard the archery equipment.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be a certified Level I Basic Archery Instructor through NASP. Previous archery experience. Experience working with students. CORE COMPETENCIES: Accountability, Analytical Thinking, Integrity, Advocacy PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: The job requires frequent standing, talking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision and hearing requirements include close, distance, and color vision. The work environment may be moderately loud and subject to temperature variations.
