Senior Account Manager – Commercial Lines At Towne Insurance, you will serve as a trusted advisor managing complex commercial accounts, partnering closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams. You will deliver tailored commercial risk solutions while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across every client interaction. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive commercial insurance solutions and consultative services to commercial clients. Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, building long‑term partnerships. Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to meet client needs. Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely response to client inquiries. Qualifications Active Property and Casualty license. At least five years of commercial lines experience. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft products and agency management systems; Applied Epic experience strongly preferred.
