About the Role:

As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various nursing tasks under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and performing vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Nursing Manager
• Contribute to a safe and supportive environment by adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized facility
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion and empathy for patients and families
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
