Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into an engaging, collaborative school environment providing essential speech-language pathology support to high school students. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to work onsite with a diverse caseload in a supportive academic setting, helping students reach their communication goals from July 27, 2026, through May 21, 2027. Accepting applications from Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) alongside fully certified SLP-CCCs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Georgia SLP license and GaPSC certification (required for SLPs)
- SLPAs: Bachelor’s degree with GaPSC certification
- Open to new graduates and experienced professionals
- Passion for working with high school students in program-based classrooms
- Commitment to facilitating student growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to approximately 45 high school students
- Deliver therapy sessions ranging from weekly to monthly, with some students requiring services twice weekly
- Collaborate with program classroom teachers and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress reports as needed
- Maintain clear communication with families and educational teams
