We're looking for a motivated, dependable  Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler  to support our growing recruiting team by connecting with individuals who have already expressed interest in our career opportunities.

You'll be an important part of the candidate experience—making outbound calls, confirming interest, scheduling appointments, following up with candidates, and helping keep our interview pipeline organized and moving forward.

No previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is required. Training is provided.

What You'll Do

As a  Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler , you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Make outbound calls to  warm candidates who have already expressed interest

• Introduce yourself professionally and confirm continued interest

• Schedule qualified candidates for career overviews and interviews

• Use our online calendar system to coordinate appointment times

• Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce no-shows

• Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule

• Answer basic questions regarding the interview and scheduling process

• Communicate through phone, email, and text when appropriate

• Maintain accurate notes regarding candidate conversations

• Track call outcomes and scheduled appointments

• Update candidate information within our recruiting systems

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the interview pipeline moving

  Warm Candidate Leads — Not Random Cold Calling

You won't be expected to search the internet for people to call or randomly dial individuals who have never heard from us.

You'll primarily connect with  prospective candidates who have already applied or expressed interest in learning more about our opportunities .

Your goal is simple:

Applicants should:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the United States

• Be comfortable making frequent outbound calls

• Be comfortable using web-based technology

• Be willing to learn Zoom, Calendly, email, and recruiting/CRM systems

• Maintain professional communication with candidates

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
