Computing Device Repair & Maintenance

Computing device repair and maintenance work includes performing general maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work
• Preparing progress reports for all work performed

Level: An entry para-professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised. Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
