Packaging Associate- Primer Turno

Packaging operators are being sought for a local pharmaceutical company located in the Hauppauge area. Candidates with experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply but we are open to entry level candidates.

Monday to Friday with overtime available 7:30am-4:00pm $17.00 an hour  40 hours per week  Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Pack products into boxes or containers.
• Check products for damage or obvious issues.
• Put labels on packages.
• Count products and make sure orders are correct.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow simple work instructions and safety rules.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other basic packaging duties as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
