Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Systems Analyst to support a complex benefits administration environment. This individual will work closely with operational, regulatory, and management teams to troubleshoot data and file processing issues, develop and modify Python scripts, validate EDI transactions, and support critical reporting functions.\nThe ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think critically when solving problems, and enjoys digging into systems and data to identify solutions. This role requires someone who can independently investigate issues, troubleshoot file failures, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Python scripts used for file processing and data management.\n- Analyze, parse, validate, and generate EDI files including 834, 835, and other healthcare-related transaction formats.\n- Perform file mapping, data transformations, and complex data comparisons between systems.\n- Investigate file exchange and eligibility processing issues related to claims, enrollment, and regulatory reporting.\n- Create and maintain Excel reports and data extracts for business and compliance purposes.\n- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n- Troubleshoot system and data issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\n- Support regulatory and statutory reporting efforts by validating data and file outputs.\n- Assist with data integration activities between internal systems and external vendors.\n- Navigate and support a legacy systems environment while contributing to upcoming system upgrades.\n- Provide technical support and guidance for file management, reporting, and business-critical processes.\n- Collaborate with management, operations, and IT teams to ensure efficient system performance.
