Home Health LPN/LVN: Compassionate Caregiver

Compassus in Ohio is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the direction of the Home Health RN Case Manager.
The role emphasizes compassion, integrity, excellence and teamwork, with focus on documentation, following the plan of care, and maintaining patient safety. Two years' LPN/LVN experience preferred; state certification required, hospice/home health care preferred.
