Key Responsibilities: Manage billing operations and accounts receivable processes Prepare and analyze monthly and yearly financial reports Develop financial forecasts and assist with pricing strategies Lead system upgrades and process improvements for our Deltek platform Create and implement new financial processes and controls Evaluate and recommend financial technology solutions to replace manual systems Supervise finance staff (initially one temporary employee) Build out the finance team as the company grows Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Controller or similar financial management role Required : Deltek software experience, including knowledge of system upgrades Background in architecture, engineering, or related industry Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls Experience transitioning manual/paper-based systems to digital solutions Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership capabilities with team management experience Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting Benefits Package: Competitive salary (market rate for Dallas area) Comprehensive medical and dental insurance Additional benefits package How to Apply: Apply directly to this ad by submitting your application on this page, or send your resume, cover letter, and additional information to View email address on click.appcast.io Be sure to include the job title and location in the subject line for immediate consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wright Staffing Source
