What You’ll Do Assist with the installation, launch, and qualification of our newest can‑making machines. Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems. Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010. Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity. We Need You To Have High school diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude. A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's industrial can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements. Benefits Starting wage $27.78 per hour plus shift differential. Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of guaranteed overtime. Quarterly bonus potential available.
