MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (2ND SHIFT)

This role is in charge of overseeing our industrial maintenance program. Resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with a variety of production and facility equipment is the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor. Ready to make an impact? Primary Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and lead a maintenance program that includes electrical and mechanical systems preventative maintenance. Setting shift schedules and maintenance assignments. Developing maintenance policies and procedures. Maintaining and emphasizing ideal plant conditions and standards. Supervising maintenance workers and contract employees. Direct employees to follow all safety practices set forth by OSHA. Direct employees to follow all Food Safety Programs. Responding to equipment breakdowns. Diagnosing faults in equipment. Repairing equipment mechanical and electrical issues. Managing supplies, tools and equipment. Interface effectively with external suppliers, customers and etc. Education High School Diploma preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with a degree in Industrial Maintenance.
