JOB DESCRIPTION

The QA Analyst will work as part of an agile content management product team, supporting digital e-commerce initiatives and web redesign projects.
This role involves executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, updating regression test suites, and validating production releases.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in grooming sessions, support User Acceptance Testing, and report testing metrics to the QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute test cases, regression testing, system testing, and UAT.
Document, triage, and track defects during sprints.
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and scrum activities.
Validate site and checkout flows post-production release.
Maintain test data, order needs, and regression suites.
Collaborate with QA Lead and product teams to identify dependencies.
Contribute to continuous learning and test coverage improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years QA experience (minimum 2 years required).
Strong background in e-commerce, UI/UX, and website testing.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Experience with test planning, requirement mapping, and defect management.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (QA certs nice to have).

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and other test management tools.
Experience with Mable automation framework or other low-code testing tools.
Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work with distributed teams.
