Job Summary The Account Executive sells Clear Channel Outdoor inventory to qualified advertisers, developing new business through direct outreach and high-level agency contacts. The role maintains long-term advertising relationships by presenting comprehensive proposals and profitable pricing structures in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across digital and printed inventory. Job Responsibilities Drive revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prospect and develop new customer relationships; communicate strategies to meet customer needs. Conduct outside sales activities, including obtaining orders/contracting Clear Channel services, even when away from the office. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating all aspects of the account with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff. Determine project pricing based on management guidelines. Negotiate fees or services with clients, subject to management approval. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction. Deliver proof of performance (POP) to clients. Acompany clients on market tours to showcase outdoor inventory. Communicate and coordinate with Ad Ops and other internal departments. Complete other duties as assigned or requested. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational and work experience. Preferred. Minimum 2 years of sales or relevant experience required; 5+ years preferred. Preferred: track record in business-to-business sales, consultative/needs-based selling, territory knowledge. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and able to cultivate client relationships. Competencies: Account management, communication, initiative, sales process navigation, negotiation, networking, presentation. Physical Requirements Attendance in weekly/monthly meetings is essential. Ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds. Visual acuity required to read written documents and computer screens. Other Requirements Must travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
