Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RN) for five immediate openings at an established inpatient behavioral health hospital in Richmond, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Bring a Friend! Five immediate full-time Behavioral Health RN openings available
• Day and Night Shift opportunities available
• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Complete nursing assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and patient monitoring
• Lead and supervise shift activities while supporting exceptional patient outcomes
• Join an experienced behavioral health team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $70,000-$87,000
• Shift Differential Available

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time
• Day or Night Shifts Available

ROLE
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Supervise assigned staff and delegate patient care responsibilities
• Monitor changes in patient condition and communicate with providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver compassionate behavioral health nursing care while promoting patient safety

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year Registered Nurse Experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year Behavioral Health Experience REQUIRED
• Associate Degree In Nursing REQUIRED
• CPR Certification Required Within 30 Days Of Hire
• De-Escalation Certification Required Within 30 Days Of Hire
• Acute Psychiatric, Chemical Dependency, Dual Diagnosis, Or Geriatric Behavioral Health Experience Preferred
