As you develop your skills, you'll be out there diagnosing , fixing , and maintaining plumbing systems like a pro, ensuring customers stay comfortable no matter the weather. All new technicians will complete an initial 8-10-week training program through our Horne Tech Academy on a Monday-Friday schedule. If you've got the focus and passion, we've got the pay to match.
